Can I still get spare parts for my VanMoof?

Yes. We keep common parts in stock and can order original or compatible parts for all supported models.

How long does a repair take?

It depends on the problem and on parts availability. After the diagnosis, we'll always give you a firm date.

How much does a diagnosis cost?

We charge a fair, fixed fee for the diagnosis – and if you have the repair done with us, we take it off your bill.

Do you also repair VanMoofs bought online?

Of course. Wherever you bought it, we'll look after it.

Can I have my bike delivered to you for assembly?

Even easier: we sell VanMoof bikes right here in the shop. Drop by, get some advice and buy your bike from us – we'll assemble it completely, so it's ready to ride the moment you pick it up.
