From the people who built and looked after your Ampler.
Your Ampler is an exceptionally well-built e-bike. With the right care, it will keep going for many years – and that's what we're here for.
Our team is made up of former Ampler mechanics who serviced these bikes for years and know every detail, from the battery and controller to the software. Most bike shops can handle brakes and chains, but when it comes to the electronics they usually have to stop. That's exactly where we start.
Why bring your Ampler to us
- Original Ampler mechanics: The team that repaired your bike at Ampler now works here.
- Spare parts in stock: We keep the Ampler-specific parts that are hard to find elsewhere, so your bike isn't off the road for weeks.
- Battery replacement: New original batteries (48 V, 7 Ah) for G1 and G2/G3, fitted by us.
- Motor controller & electronics: Controller replacement, fault diagnosis, wiring harnesses, charging port and control unit.
- Torque sensor: We replace the bottom-bracket sensor kit if the motor assist cuts out or feels jerky.
- Full-service workshop: Servicing, brakes, gears, wheels and tyres – all in one place.
Frequently asked questions about Ampler
Can I still get spare parts for my Ampler?
Yes. We keep the most important Ampler-specific parts in stock: batteries, motor controllers, torque sensors, charging ports, control units, and chargers. Standard parts like brakes, chains and tyres we can get any time.
Ampler is insolvent. Will my bike keep working?
Yes, your Ampler will keep riding just fine. What matters now is a workshop that knows the technology and has the parts – and that's us.
Can you replace the battery?
Yes. We have new batteries for G1 and G2/G3 and fit them here. Not sure if your battery is the problem? We'll test it first.
What happens to my warranty?
Because of the insolvency, Ampler's manufacturer warranty can't be claimed at the moment. We repair at fair, transparent prices: once we've found the problem, we tell you exactly what it will cost before we start.
Do you also repair Ampler bikes purchased elsewhere?
Of course. Whether you bought it from Ampler, second-hand or through a leasing scheme, we'll look after it.
How long does a repair take?
Because we have the parts in stock, usually not long. After the diagnosis, we'll give you a firm date.
